Hi Folks, Is it common for EY GDS to stick to a standard hike range? Even though I hold an offer, the HR seems to be lowballing the compensation and is asking me to settle for a 30–35% hike. It's quite disappointing considering the time and effort invested throughout the interview process.

Hi everyone, need help deciding between three SAP IBP offers. Priority is WLB, stability, and clean career progression. PwC India (Manager, Kolkata): ₹35L Fixed + up to 35% Variable. LTIMindtree (Kolkata): ₹41.5L CTC (~₹37.7L Fixed + 10% Variable). Entegris (Pune): Product GCC. Expecting ~₹44L Fixed + 10% Variable Is the Big 4 brand worth the burnout, or does the GCC product role justify uprooting the family? Or is LTM the safest middle ground?
