1) Is it popular? Popularity can be driven by having well-known product team (artist/dev/other) or by a really good marketing team.
2) Does it have legs? What type of human interaction with the project is there? Is there discord big (member wise) ? Does the discord have bot preventing measures (otherwise big doesn't mean anything) What does the Twitter interaction look like?
3) Stable? Does the product team have consistency in communication and other things that matter?
4) History? Does the product team have a history of successful projects?
5) Roadmap / utility? Is this product going to have use / incentive to keep holding it? Something to provide future value?
