What will happen if I don’t do the botp assignment? As I need to prepare for interview so that I can resign after taking offer ?

Hi I am C1 for .net stack I have been on the bench for the last two months and got a Show Cause Notice email from HR for multiple client rejection. They are asking to reply in the next 2 days on mail. My question is 1. What can I reply to this. 2. What will happen next? Will they terminate or ask to put down the papers. 3. If they terminate will they give a 90 day salary. Or no salary will be given. Experience: 11 years Grade : C1 4.6 years in Capgemini

How soon does Capgemini allows to rejoin them. I switched from there some months back. Do they agree for increase in salary if i rejoin within same year of resignation? Please share your experiences.

Hi fishes, Can anyone tell me how much of an annual performance bonus you guys got in this cycle on a grade of c2 or above or a salary of 25 or above?? I am on resign, so I got nothing :/

Hey Fishes, Cleared the tech round and completed the HR discussion as well but haven’t heard back since then. Its been more than a week now. By when can I expect the documents collection mail? Appreciate any suggestions on next steps!!! Note :- Am an Immediate joiner.
