Anyone do import/export as a side hustle?
PWC recently removed GLP-1 coverage for their employees. Curious if your company still covers it. Can you comment your company name and if it still covers GLP-1’s please?
How do you respond when at Partner starts yelling at you/your team? How do you respond?
Just saw a post from Fortune Magazkne that Gen Z is getting fired because they don’t have good communication skills (how to run a meeting, how to write a formal email etc.), don’t show initiative (ask questions, volunteer for projects) and don’t maintain professionalism (show up on time, miss deadlines etc.). Sounds like the boomers are getting grumpy, but as a millennial, this doesn’t surprise me. Curious if anyone thinks work culture will eventually adjust or if you’re seeing this.
Would you take a pay cut from $205K base to $180K base to go fully remote + can live wherever (from 2 days in office in NYC).
The key to being promoted (beyond capability) is to be likeable. To be likeable, you need to be relatable. To be relatable, you need to have a wide range of hobbies and interests and appeal to familiarity - eg have kids, watch sports, play golf, etc.
Yup work for vandelay industries. We do lots of importing / exporting.
Sorry, it’s diapers. We import chips. I get them confused sometimes.

Seems like a fairly involved/capital heavy side hustle. Maybe (probably) I’m missing something
More like commission based plugging a buyer with seller.
