    Hi expectation was both on data engineer and python developer as role is like consultant python developer. I couldn't clear because I'm not familiar with Data Engineer concepts(i conveyed the interviewer the same) so I got questions on python and SQL(answered all).

Hi folks, I received the LOI from Deloitte with 12.8 CTC where my current CTC is 8.5. I have mailed the HR to negotiate and revise the ctc to 14. Is there any prospect of the revision of ctc, haven't received any response yet. One more concern is about the status showings as Interview in Progress instead of offer in progress. The status was correctly showing as offer in progress 2 days back. Please provide insights if you are familiar with this situation.

Deloitte Is offering 23.4 Fixed + 10% Variable Role : Application Modernization (Mainframe) YOE: 8 Years HR is saying this is the max he can do. He is not considering my Holding Offer and anchoring from the Current CTC of 14 LPA Fixed. Holding offer with TCS 22 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable. What to do now? Am I getting lowballed or is this correct as per Market Standard?
