I’ve interviewed many many people with certifications. Certifications potentially will get you a junior foot in the door but only if you can at a high-level have a conversation about the stuff you’ve learned just because you have a piece of paper doesn’t mean you will get the job you need to be able to speak about what you learned and how it associates with the technology is the company is looking for you to know.
