Hi IBMers, I read a post here on fish bowl that said that IBM is going to track both check-in and check-outs soon. And also going to make mandatory 8 hrs work from the office per day(Band 8 and above 5 days, while the rest have to be in the office for 3 days per week). Please let me know if it's true or have you also heard/read anything related to this. IBM

Hi, I asked for release from my current assignment last month. Today my manager told me that he is going to initiate PIP for me. I am not sure about the next step. Can someone please inform what is the PIP process in IBM?

Can the manager release early even if I did not ask for early release in probation? If early release from the company side, I should be given basic pay for unserved notice period. I didn't ask for an early release so my concern is if they will try to release me early with some reason and ask for notice period recovery. Please comment if you have any ideas about this. IBM
