Icu interview questions
This job application process is becoming tiring. It takes approximately 30-40mins to tailor(including editing and formatting) CV and cover letter to each job post. After approximately 4 applications, mental fatigue sets in. I am considering using some form of Agentic AI to scan LinkedIn and apply for matching jobs. A scenario where all I will do in the end is just verify and click submit. Has anyone come across anything like this?
Hello everyone...I have an upcoming interview for the job role of a Phlebotomist/Hca with @Mercheford house...I need help with interview tips and how to prepare for it...
Hey folks -- what’s a subtle interview red flag people should pay more attention to that most candidates ignore at first? I’ll start: - The interviewer constantly interrupts or seems distracted the whole time. - Nobody can clearly explain what the role actually involves day to day. - They dodge questions about turnover, onboarding, or why the role is open. - The interview feels weirdly adversarial for no reason. Anything else that comes to mind?
"If I hand you a single pin, how many uses can you come up with in 60 seconds? Talk me through your thinking as you go. " Yes... this was a real question in one of my interviews! Didn't get the job in the end. I still don't understand the point of this exercise. Why would someone ask this?
How do you handle rejection after going through four rounds of interviews? The team seemed very positive and gave me the impression they were highly interested in moving forward with me.
They most likely will ask you about your certifications, how you would deal with patients/families, or how you would deal with a patient in a certain condition. Also, have some on the job experiences you've encountered ready to share in case you are asked.
