What are the best approaches to a panel interview?
Many companies reject candidates just because they are 51 years old. Doesn't a 51-year-old have the right to work? They hire fresh graduates even if they have little or no practical knowledge, but why don't they hire people who have years of experience? Experience should be valued, not ignored because of age.
I have a second interview but this time it will be with the entire interdisciplinary team of about 10 people. What can I expect?
When you are asked "do you have any questions for me/us" what are good questions to ask?
If you are having an in-person interview, you should arrive early. This is common sense. Then, would it be the same if you're having a Zoom interview? I always debate internally about whether I should join earlier or not. The first ensures that everything is working (but I'd hope not to catch the interviewers too early). What's the best approach?
Hi I am try to start a cleaning business by myself. I like to clean and do a very good job. How can I get my business started just by putting it on social media but got nothing, instead of paying at least $600 a month to put it out there how can I get customers ?
Good luck! Speak to one person at a time. Address them by name. Use the CAR technique to keep your answers concise like a regular interview. If in person, you have to make eye contact with the other panelists but primarily address the questioner. If virtual, please watch yourself that you are not fidgeting on camera.
Great! Thank you!!!
