This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!

Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. Background check took about two weeks for me. I think that's fairly standard.
