I am average performer technically and don't have that smart communication skills as well ..I survived for 11 years in IT with this. Now I am feeling tensed becoz expectations are more from me and leadership is needed now. Please guys tell me how can I survive for few more years.Atleast I need to work for 5-6 yrs more. Will it be possible with this average skills.Anyone is having same issue like me.please give some advice or mantra to sustain for few more years.I am loosing hopes and confidence

Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work.
