WFO vs Hybrid Culture? What are most of us into??
Hi All, I was getting lot of calls before but since my NP was 90 days days no one was interested. I put my papers and started applying, this time they wanted someone to join within 30 days, even when I still had 15 days left for NP to complete, HR's who called informed me they need immediate joiners. I have finished my NP and it's been 4 days. I am worried, can someone suggest me the what to do to get a new job asap. I have called the HR's and they keep sayings they don't have positions open rn.
Fu*k the infosys🤬 I cleared R1,R2 and last week Friday I had an HR round and even she agreed 50% hike then she said we'll share you the official offer letter soon ,, I was hoping that I will get the offer letter😔 yesterday HR called me and said we dropped your application as you haven't met our business panel expectations and tdy my application shows rejected....

Amazon probides relocation bonus from L3 and above. L3 gets 75k and L4 and above gets 1.5 lakhs if the role is eligible for relocation bonus (not all jobs are eligible for the bonus)
Very much depends on company, level etc. Can you give more specifics?
Depends entirely on the company. They have certain requirements when it comes to relocation bonuses such as position and years of experience. They may even pay if the relocation is really essential to the company.
You can try to add it to any offer. If they want you bad enought they will pay it. I would try to negoitate it into your offer.
