Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
If anybody wants to be referred in Accenture let me know
Need suggestions on below offers for 10.2 YOE: * TCS – 60 LPA (50L fixed + 10L variable ) * CBA (Commonwealth Bank of Australia) – 77 LPA (60L fixed + 17L variable) Which one is better in terms of WLB, growth, job stability, engineering culture & future opportunities? Have not much time to counter more offers since my LWD in my current company is 14th May.
80+ LPA Is that even a reality or just hope? Kindly exclude all CXO types roles.
Recently had some unexpected free time, so I built BeyondSalary: beyond-salary.vercel.app/ Most software engineering relocation discussions focus only on salary, but very few compare: • actual savings after tax • cost of living • healthcare • layoffs & notice periods • vacation policies • air quality • work-life balance Would genuinely love feedback from people working across these countries. Also exploring senior/staff frontend opportunities.
