What is typically asked in a client interview?

Hi, I’ve cleared two interview rounds at Tiger Analytics for a data role. The initial discussion was that all rounds would be conducted online, but now HR has asked me to come in for a “meet and greet” at the office without any conditional offer in hand. This is new to me. Is this a standard part of their hiring process? Has anyone else experienced this? Would appreciate any insights on their interview culture and whether the in person visit typically leads to an offer or is just a formality.
