Hi All, I got an offer from wipro Hyderabad . Are we allowed to swipe from different location for 3 to 4 months after joining in wipro. My spouse stays In another location whose move to hyderabad can take few months more.Its a pool recruitment. Is there any scope for managers to accept this ? Please help me here Please let me know how this works when we are in free pool and how it works when we join an project. What kind of projects let us to work from any location or any remote projecs.

I am currently on a bench in Wipro and I have put down papers. My HR has asked me to take an early release and he confirmed that they will pay me for the remaining days. Has anyone come across a similar situation in Wipro and have you faced any issues in getting the FNF settlement and the relieving letter after taking an early release?

Are we getting any non compliance mails or leave deduction mails for days which we missed to report to the office out of 3 days? if yes then after how many days our leaves will be deducted?

Anyone know if I swipe in at one Wipro location and swipe out at other Wipro location of same state then it works in my time? Did anyone try this? Does it have any issues?
