if a mass is increased does the oscillations increase or decrease.

I said decrease but it wasn’t enough I guess. He wanted to know by how much it decreased and I couldn’t remember off the top of my head. (been a bit usually just work with analyzing natural frequencies and pushing them out of vibration profiles requirements).
