Anything that makes you look friendly, outgoing, personable, hard-working, able to work well with others, caring, reliable, professional. 3 words/qualities examples: compassionate (I love taking care of others, I am aware that there are others that are less fortunate than me, I volunteer with my Church/at a homeless shelter...), driven (I am a perfectionist so I always give 100% whether it is with school, work or any other aspect of my life in order to achieve the best possible outcome in everything that I do. I was taught to set high goals and that they can be achieved through hard work, determination and resilience.), social (I am very outgoing and I love being around people/meeting new people/experiencing new things/making new friends/etc...) Worst quality: Never choose something that is only negative. Always find a way to relate it to something positive. The best way is to take a positive & put a small negative spin. Always end with how you actively work to counter your negative trait. Do not use example: I procrastinate but I always usually find a way to get it done. Makes you look lazy, unable to time manage or plan and that you will do the wrong thing multiple times before doing what is right. Finding a way to get it done seems like you always do things in a rush which means that it may not be done to your best ability. Example: I have a strong personality/domineering. Sounds like you may be difficult to work with, are unwilling to be flexible and you need to be in control. Good example: Perfectionist. I always strive to be the best or do the best in everything that I do. However, no one is perfect making it extremely difficult to achieve such ambitious goals. At times I find myself so focused on the things that I didn't do which emphasizes that I failed to reach my goal. I have to remind myself to refrain from focusing on the little things so I can examine the overall journey to accurately determine success or failure. Therefore, even if I don't reach my goal completely, my success is not determined because I failed to get there but how much I accomplished trying to get there.
