ATCO Ltd. interview questions

The interview was about 45 minutes long and consisted only behavioral questions asked by two interviewers. Most questions followed a “tell me about a time when...” format and focused on past experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and projects. The interviewers were friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable. I discussed my previous work, extracurricular activities, and engineering projects, and there were no technical questions. Overall, the process was straightforward and not overly difficult.

It was very easy, No technical questions were asked. Let me know I was hired just the day after. Mostly behavorial questions were asked on Zoom. All in all pretty good experience.
