Yes, there is a bump which every company hits…which is pretty normal and companies do takes its own course to strategies and make comeback. We could have continued to stroke fire or could roll back the sleeves and decided to comeback to fight some other day. We decided later as there was a lot learnings and corrections we wanted to do. So, the communications on these have gone to less than handful of trainees we intended to pick up. The company is poised for a transition to transformation space.
