After spending 8 long hours completing the test and taking feedback from various people in the industry I submitted my test. After two weeks I sent a follow-up for the assignment I had submitted and got no reply and thought I was ghosted! Yesterday I received their rejection mail which was very lame as they didn't even provide proper feedback on why they rejected my application. Spending more than 8 hours ( an entire workday ) to finish a technical test and receiving no proper feedback is really bad and having the same job listing posted for over a year in an industry well known for the unfair treatment of staff tells a lot! They are most likely getting free work out of these tests. Hook, line, and sinker.
