Background check using an old-school method such as implicit questions.
Sarcastic attitude by the recruiter during the interview .
Unreasonable insistance with the educational background despite the fact that the position was for an experienced professional and not for a graduate or an entry level employee.
There was a negative implication about the gender from the recruiter.
The recruiting process was consisted of one interview and then they would make you the offer.
