I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Two interviews, one on the phone and one in person, the in person interview was actually about 5 interviews with 5 different people and a tour. The first phone interview was more like a screening interview with a few questions about why you are interested in the role... The in person interview was more in depth... Not really technical but a lot of questions on how you deal with people and handle conflicts.
