Discussed an R&D project from my time working in pharma manufacturing. The I developed a method to simply the delivery of parts to the line but through testing it the success rate was not high enough because of the shape of the packaging of the material. I explained my oversight in not considering the packaging. I also address how hard it is to change packaging when you have a well established supply chain that is not flexible.
