This question confused me because I was thinking in terms of the Project Plan -- a separate document -- rather than the .mpp file, which is what the interviewer meant. His main goal was to see if I knew how to modify, i.e., add resources, change dates/duration/work effort. After I asked for clarification, the interviewer cut to the chase and asked if I have added resources before in MS Project.
