How would you handle problems?

Problems are generally the result of poor communication and no change management -like the uniform issue I read about while researching this job. I don't get lots of problems because everything I do is arranged as a project with various task forces involved in decision-making and everyone knows it's OK to debate thing until a decision is made, then we have to be team players & support the consensus whether we like it or not. My first rule of project management is, "All projects must be fun!" And I try to ensure that. My projects always have a change management task force, which does whatever is needed to ensure the "trough" between "excitement" and "acceptance" is as flat as possible.
