Kapsch interview question
It was mostly about we do this, we expect this, we want this. Are you willing, can you do it, do you understand. Nothing much about how can we fit you in the role, how do you see this..

For the most part, everything was agreeable to me and could relate to it by prior experience. Was probably turned down due to a specific skill from out of the rest of the job description or ability to travel freely to the US. The HR had me ruled out already after knowing I needed a visa to travel to US but not the cumbersome one. Later, retracted the decision from their end after confirming a normal visitor/business Visa wasn't as complicated as the other ones. In a way glad to not have received an offer here.
