Explained them about Responsibilities : Client level Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing and penetrating existing client account and fulfilling client staffing needs with in minimal time. • Ensure continuous client satisfaction. • Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures. • Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed. Team Management Responsibilities: • Prioritizing the open requirements and assigning to the recruiters. • Recruiters performance metrics and MIS reporting to the CEO. • Getting feedback from clients for efficient hiring process. • Setting Daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team and setting Rewards and Repercussions. Other Responsibilities: • Support finance team in invoicing and collection. • support HR Department in internal; hiring and resource management. • Support HR for orientation of new hire.
