2. Phone Interview: Brief questions about experience and plans for the future.
3. HR Interview: Standardized questions about experiences, with a focus on sales-related situations. A lot of the questions were very similar to each other, so it was hard to think of different instances to answer for each. Interviewer kept asking follow-up questions about results and my realizations from the experiences.
