I just graduated with a bachelors degree in Child and Family Development and I took courses on child welfare and social welfare. I just put that on my resume and got an e-mail to interview. I didn't really have any experience but I did have some education credibility that helped me.

If you don't mind me asking what type of work experience have you had?  I've been applying for them for a year now and I took the assessment test but just cannot get a call back.  Any advice you can give me?

I am also a bachelor degree holder but I am presently working with a state job too . I don't know if that can be added advantage for me .

How long was it after you took the assessment, until you received an interview? Did you get the position? If so did you get the offer during the interview or did you have to wait for a response?
