Beef I have with interview was that I was told based off my in-person interview with 3 engineering individuals, that they did not think I had worked on the practicum. ... Yes. Pretty much, they believe (or so the internal recruiter laid out), that in the 48 hour time frame for the code challenge, I took it upon myself to hire/find someone to write code for me. I was floored. Lets not talk about the fact that they asked me to describe how I coded up the practicum, while only asking me 2 or 3 questions as I talked about what I had written. I mean come freaking on! If you liked my work, ask some damn questions instead of being stone faced so I can feed off of you! Honestly, I must say I was a bit upset by the whole process and the insinuation that I didn't work on the practicum myself, but I have my pride and I know that I did do the work so to hell with them!
