I decided to leave a managerial position in retail due to my interest in ophthalmology. I am a single mother of two boys, so i applied for anything available. Unfortunately going back to school for it was not an option. I trained at Pisacano eye in the Bronx for 1 year. I learned refraction, applination, recordersed chief complains, vision, as well as learning optos, visual fields, OCT, and topography. I learn fast and work efficiently.
