It's important to have a clearly defined story and narrative you are wanting to share. I appreciated that the recruiter opened up with sharing about herself (answering this question, actually!) before jumping straight into asking about me. I researched some of the best ways to answer this question, prepared quite a bit; but, ultimately, I think Eventbrite is just trying to learn about who you are as a person because they really do care!
