Tell us about a time when you experienced a conflict with another person on your team and what did you do to resolve the conflict?

Most times in these situations it’s a communication issue. I was able to pull that person aside with no disruptions and talk out the problem with wonderful success.

Never say "I have never had a conflict with another person before" even if this is true answer the question of what you would if you could possibly have a conflict in the future. Best answer, you tried to see the other persons motivation behind there disagreement with you, once you came to an understanding of why they had that opinion you were better able to come to a mutual solution to the problem eliminating the conflict. Gore values one on one communication, this means that if you have an issue with another associate you are expected to try and work it out with them one on one first before bring leadership into the problem. There are exceptions of course to this like harassment.
