A group of us were tasked with performing a case competition however could not decided how to get started/ where because everyone wanted to do different things base don't on what they liked so I decided we should all learn what things we are good at as well and rather than placing everyone on what they liked, I thought the most optimal solution would be to place them as lead of what they were good at an assistant on what they wanted to do.
