To be honest, The most important tasks that I was able to do include: 1- Co-operation and oversight in defining the structure of the failure of the tasks and activities of the plan 2- Providing general and detailed scheduling 3- Planning and scheduling of the project in its various phases 4- Collaboration with Project Managers to determine project strategy 5- Completion of the project implementation plan during meetings with the relevant departments and project manager 6- Review and comment on the human resource capability of the project 7- Completion of all WBS information, time, costs and resources required by the contractor and related departments 8- Preparing the monthly and weekly monitoring schedule of the project in accordance with the description of the project notification tasks 9- Determine progress information and ultimately report the final progress of the project and report the delay or deviations and provide the necessary information. 10- Create PMS file to procure percentage of project progress 11- Determining the variance or standard deviation of the project with the initial objectives of the approved program 12- Controlling, track and monitor the physical and time progress of the work of the groups
