I applied to the position for Chat because like many others I have a 2 year old and figured that it would work out perfectly. Once I applied I received an e-mail stating I would need to take 7 tests before moving forward (same as mentioned in other reviews on this site.) After that I received an e-mail saying they missed my call and to call the rep back. Never reached the rep so I left a message. Monica contacted me back rather quickly and proceeded on with the 1st of 2 interviews. It wasn't even an interview so much of asking if I had sales experience and the questions mentioned above. 2nd interview i spoke with Jeff, he asked me pretty much the same questions as the first but asked me to go into more deals than Monica asked. Once that was done he took the time to explain the position and what it entailed. He sent me an e-mail and said I could make anywhere from 0.55 cents to 16.00 an hour. For the first 30 days I would make a guaranteed 7.00 an hour plus sales. After the 30 days I would just be making money for the sales. I was told also that if I didn't at least meet the sales goals and if I didn't get Net Rep Sat scores (NRS) (which I assume are customer surveys) that I would not be paid for the 2 week period. I was also informed that if a contractor continued to not meet the minimum sales goal of .55 per 2 week period that I could also be excluded from the program entirely. This to me is just stupid I mean people work hard they work there asses off and for what to "maybe" be paid. There's also the fact that because I'd be considered a contractor that I'd have no benefits either. I'm sorry but I am the only person in my house hold who is providing for a family. I have no health insurance as it is while my spouse and son have insurance. I cannot afford to be an independent contractor. So to be fair across the board here I'd say if your ok with 100% commission and being an independent contractor then this might be the job for you, if not and your needing more than I'd stay clear of this "job" and all that it is supposedly offering. Oh and before I forget I was also informed if I was to be hired there would be a 50.00 background check fee.
