Can you elaborate a little bit more on the assessment 45 minute 40 question assessment?

Yes, it was a basic skills assessment. Almost like a mini SAT. Analytical and critical thinking questions, some word problems and coding scenarios. I had no experience in the industry. I've been working at a bank for the past 7yrs. So the assessment was very basic. Just make sure to read the question thoroughly. The time is an added pressure but I finished with 5mins left. It'll go by fast once you realize the type of questions they are.
