I have over 8 years experience with one on one tutoring which is what I'll be doing plenty of. I have a good reputation as an elementary tutor and have been highly recommended by parents and my previous supervisor. I am also very organized. Every week I document the disciplinary actions taken each day for each student and for what reason. I also document the rewards for each student and for what reason. This has included working with students with disabilities so I am able to assess when they need extra help and am willing to go the extra mile to make sure they get that help.
