I joined an editing team to work on a manuscript. We accomplished our goal but the design team never completed their's so the manuscript never got published. It was a failure as a book, but I learned how to work with a team of editors and how to organize a manuscript. I feel that I grew as an editor on that team and now I know better to ensure my next assignment will be a success.
