I answered "QA" since my dad works in QA and he periodically performs unit testing at the company he works for. Turns out this isn't the standard, and the developers typically do unit testing. Not entirely sure why this question is even asked since it has nothing to do with a candidate's ability to perform the job and the answer isn't a formal standard. I guess I should have realized they meant "Who performs unit testing at HPE?". Silly me.
