I have to clarify some of the issues regarding Language line solutions. After a successful linguistic assessment and criminal check, I signed a contract. After the contract, I started the one-week training. Interestingly, they did not have a trainer for the language I had to interpret from and to. The test for interpretation was after the training, on Friday. On Tuesday, I received an email to redo the test. I asked about the reason but had no answer. Anyway, I scheduled the second test and it was a live test with English speaking person (Luis and Dona). Dona was the tester from the other language. Surprisingly again, Dona was the same person on all computerized tests. However, 4 hours later, I receive an email stating that I did not show up for the live language test and 15 min later my recruiter told me that I failed the test. Neither my recruiter nor Luis from Language solution gave me feedback. Whenever you have an official assessment the feedback makes the test legit. So, I can say that the whole hiring process was a scam not to mention the training with no trainer required for the second language. My last question is about Dona. Is Dona a superwoman who can be everywhere at the same time? Weird but a fact!!!!
