HR Interview
The HR interview was a standard screening, conducted very professionally. It included introductions, an overview of the company, and discussion of my background. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Technical Interview
The technical interview consisted of two rounds, mostly conducted in English (with brief introductions in Serbian).
The first round involved a discussion with an engineer in the role I applied for, followed by about 30 minutes of pair programming. It lasted around 1.5–2 hours. The questions were typical for the position and aimed at validating the experience listed on the CV. The coding task was straightforward and focused on confirming practical coding skills.
The second round was a case study led by a senior engineer. The task required designing and presenting a solution (architecture, team setup, cost estimation, etc.). The candidate had 45 minutes to prepare, followed by a discussion. This round lasted about 2–2.5 hours.
An HR representative was present in all rounds, acting as a facilitator and ensuring a fair and constructive atmosphere. A particularly positive aspect was receiving immediate feedback: after a short 10–15 minute break, interviewers informed me whether I was moving forward.
Overall, a very positive and well-organized interview experience.
