Client Overview:

We are helping one of our clients hire 2 Dev Rels for two different projects. Our client is a cutting-edge Web3 platform revolutionizing blockchain interoperability and ecosystem growth. They are seeking two highly motivated Developer Relations professionals to join their team and drive developer engagement, adoption, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reference applications showcasing the company’s cutting-edge blockchain technology.
• Actively engage with developers by addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and managing feature requests and bug reports through GitHub.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical content, such as tutorials, onboarding guides, documentation, and API references.
• Plan and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate developers on the company’s features, best practices, and integration techniques.
• Represent the company at industry events, including conferences, hackathons, and meetups, building strong relationships with developers and community members.
• Act as a trusted advocate for developers by gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to address community needs.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align DevRel activities with business and technical goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide strategic insights for improving developer relations strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong software engineering background, particularly in building developer tools or blockchain applications.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and documentation.
• Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a related role with demonstrated success in driving developer engagement.
• Skilled in organizing and leading developer-focused events and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, especially with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work within American time zones and travel to the U.S. as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and their applications.
• Experience with Rust or other compiled programming languages.
• Solid understanding of Bitcoin technologies, including the ecosystem and BitVM.
