Job Description: Application Infrastructure& Middleware Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Infrastructure & Middleware Specialist to manage, optimize, and support enterprise‑level application platforms across complex, multi‑tier environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in middleware technologies, CI/CD automation, monitoring, cloud platforms, and security components, with hands‑on experience supporting mission‑critical applications in large enterprise or banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support middleware platforms and application servers across production andnon‑production environments
- Perform deployments, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of enterpriseapplications
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and releaseprocesses
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using enterprise observability tools
- Collaboratewith cross‑functional teams including development, QA, security, and operations
- Manage certificates, firewalls, and security configurations for application environments
- Support cloud‑based and hybrid infrastructure components
- Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for application infrastructure
