Established in 2002, Roger International is a one-stop provider for Compressors, Condensers, Spare Parts, Heat Exchangers/Evaporator Coils, Fresh Water/Seawater-Cooled Packaged Air-Conditioners, Split Air-Conditioners (Cooling/Heating Capabilities) & Remanufactured Compressors and total HVAC Solutions for Marine & Industrial needs. It has grown from local Singapore as its main Head office and now well established in China and towards Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of IoT solutions.
• Connect and configure sensors, controllers, and IoT devices.
• Develop and test embedded systems using microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
• Collect, monitor, and analyse sensor data.
• Support cloud connectivity using MQTT, HTTP, or similar communication protocols.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar embedded platforms.
• Familiarity with C/C++, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of sensors, networking, and IoT communication protocols.
• Willing to learn and work independently.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MQTT, Node-RED, Firebase, AWS IoT, or Azure IoT.
• Basic knowledge of PCB design and electronics.
• Experience with mobile app or web dashboard development is a plus.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (flexible)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
