Job Title: Management Trainee (Accounting and Operations)

Job Level: Junior/Entry Level

Department: Accounting and Operations Department

Location: Kramat Lane and Orchard Central, Singapore

Salary: $3700/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Core duties and responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases and help check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes.
• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.
• Oversee an efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the outlet and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.
• May attend to customers’ needs and queries in the outlet operations and ensure to give a wonderful experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.

Role qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Passionate about being trained in Accounting and Operations and willing to learn.
• Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
