Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer who is passionate about AI infrastructure, data centres, and emerging computing technologies. This role will support technical projects from pre-sales consultation through deployment and commissioning, working closely with customers, distributors, technology partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, server technologies, networking, power and cooling systems, and have a keen interest in AI computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation of AI infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical activities between customers, distributors, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Assist in designing AI computing solutions involving GPU servers, storage, networking, and cooling systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical proposals, system architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Work with global technology partners and OEM manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Provide post-deployment technical support and project follow-up.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in: Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Network Engineering, Industrial Automation, Critical Infrastructure
• Understanding of server hardware, networking, storage, and power systems.
• Familiarity with data centre environments and infrastructure requirements.
• Experience managing technical projects is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and architecture diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU platforms.
• Experience with HPC or AI infrastructure.
• Understanding of liquid cooling or immersion cooling technologies.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, Dell, Supermicro, Lenovo, HPE, or similar ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data sovereignty requirements.
• PMP, CDCP, CDCS, CCNA, or relevant certifications would be advantageous.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
