Job Requirements

• Software Engineering Leadership: Leads agile teams in building cloud-native and full-stack applications.
• Able to provide solution architect design from start to the end stage.
• Experience with Supply Chain digitisation / automation is a plus.
• Experience as an application developer is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A Good team player that is willing to share ideas and work with fellow colleagues to complete tasks within a team

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7-10 years’ experience in IT architecture and software development;
• Proven track record designing and integrating systems such as WMS, OMS, SAP, CMS and IoT/automation platforms.
• Familiar with PLC/WES/WCS, industrial communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA), and robotics integration.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS), containerisation, API security.
• Strong hands-on skills in .NET Core, Node.js, Java Spring, Python, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) for supply-chain KPIs.
• Certifications (ITIL, Azure Architect, CISSP) are advantages.
• Good Project Management knowledge
