Property Executive
What this job involves:
The Property Executive are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following:
in all site measurement and records,
uploading of field data to the computerised FM system,
planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works, and
controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists.
Required Qualifications:
Possess a Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (preferably with M&E background) with a minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role or at least 8 continuous years’ of relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role. Experiences and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management.
Good understanding of facilities operations
Preferred Qualifications:
4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) accreditation scheme.
Fire Safety Manager certification (FSM)
