As the High Voltage Design Manager APAC, reporting to the Technical Director HV & Utility, you will work collaboratively with Product and Design across the APAC region making your mark in several ways:
- Assist the Technical Director HV & Utility to peer review and manage the AirTrunk standard HV campus design.
- Working with the Technical Director HV & Utility & Energy & Utility Manager to interface with the Electrical Supply Authorities to switch and transform the transmission voltage [66kV to 500kV] to the AirTrunk campus distribution voltage [132kV, 33kV, 22kV, 6.6kV] for 100MW+ capacities.
- Assisting the Site Selection and Masterplanning Teams to select and plan the campuses.
- Develop unique building scale HV designs, downstream of the campus infrastructure or ESA point of connection [for a single building].
- Integrating new technologies to achieve Net Carbon Zero targets: BESS, solar, embedded generation.
- Periodic visits to regions within the APAC for factory testing and site visits.
