People are wonderful and work hard to provide the best experience not only for our customer, but internally as well. We have leadership that cares and has provided a strong vision for the future and sets the example of what it means to continuously push to make ourselves better. I'm able to seek out growth opportunities and implement new ideas with support across teams. People are acknowledged/appreciated for the work they put in.

We've undergone a lot of change in the last couple of years with both technology and employees and there are opportunities for us to improve how we implement some of our changes.
